US GOVERNMENT MINORITY GRANTS-2009
Digital Women Business Grant 2010
Digital Women will be awarding a businesswoman a $750 cash business grant in December 2010. To qualify just fill out the application and mail to the address listed. Your business must be woman owned by at least 51%. All women business grant applications must be received no later than October 31, 2010.

Women and minorities have numerous grant programs available to them. Finding the available current grants for 2009 is the hard part. Our goal is to help women find any monies that are available to them. One of the most common reasons women look for grants is because of bad credit and not being able to obtain a loan through conventional methods.

Did you know that women are considered a minority by a number of groups? In fact, women could be considered the largest minority group in the United States with numbers well over 100 million. The government offers women grant programs, both on a federal level and local state level. Therefore, minority grants and grants for women are always available.

2009 Grants are funds dispersed by one party (Grant Makers), often a Government Department, Corporation, Foundation or Trust, to a recipient, often (but not always) a nonprofit entity, educational institution or business. Such application processes, generally require some form of "Grant Writing" often referred to as either a proposal or a submission. (Wikipedia)

In the case of business grants, women have a 75% chance of succeeding in business ownership. Federal, State and Local Governments are aware of this and so they offer programs that grant funds plus help and information to women who want to start a new business or expand their own business.

Government and non-government grant information and funding sources for women including grant information for business, education, and personal grants. Grants come in many forms and we are constantly being asked for directions on how women can obtain grants for a variety of reasons.

Did you know that women owned businesses have a higher success rate than those owned by men?   The potential reasons for this, such as women being more committed, are speculative, but the statistics show this to be true and the government offers many special Of course, the government isn't the only one that offers women owned business grants.  Many private foundations and angel investors offer women owned business grants as well.  It makes sense to put the money where it will do the most good and women owned business grants have a higher tendency to help produce successful businesses than any other type of grant.  Women are usually dedicated to any endeavor they take on and will put their heart and soul into their own business.  And the results are obvious!
